There are more people entering college now, than there ever has been in the past since colleges were first formed in America. With tuition and book charges rising drastically over the past 2 years however, fewer people are willing to take the plunge into debt. This includes 4 total years of undergraduate school and then 3 years of law school. All law school applicants generally have to have a bachelors degree to even apply. In order to be accepted by a law school, a student must pass the LSAT or Law School Admission Test. The college and career outlook to become a lawyer is that this position will grow at least 11% over the next 10 years. It is thought that job growth will increase in health care, venture capital and environmental law and become less in civil disputes and elder law.The college and career outlook for teachers is as follows: Most teachers that will be employed by public schools will require a bachelors degree and complete a teacher education program and be licensed in their state.
